Zugspitze

I feel like I’m on top of the world!
It’s as if no one else exists but me.
As I descend the mountain, a thick fog is swallowing the track behind me.
It’s like it’s following me slowly, until I reach my destination.
It is so amazing yet a bit spooky
Eventually I reach a clearing at the bottom. It is such a mind-blowing sight.
The view is intoxicating with all it’s amazing , panoramic landscape.
Finally my time has come to leave Zugspitze. This is an experience that I will never forget.

I am really into poems at the moment here's a taste

The sea is calm as if it were falling asleep.
The sun, slowly being sucked up by the ocean
And the moon soon to be spat out.

Sun beams ripple across the sparkling water
Making a yellowy orange pathway to the sky,
Small waves silently crash against the sugary shore.

There is no sound except for the repetitive, quiet
Whoosh of the waves sliding through the rock crevices.
This is the sea at its calmest.

Once again a weird incident with a kookaburra and now a duck which I named Buck. Yes, I did go onthe back of a boat on a floatation device on the Murray River.
